This allows you to create a new account within the SRS Dashboard System. Please complete the fields on this page and click the CONTINUE button. We will use the data fields below to locate your information within the Broker's records. This step is needed for security reasons and is required to established a new Dashboard Agent Account.
If you already have a Dashboard Account, use the PREV PAGE button to return to the Log-in screen. If you've forgotten your user name or password, do not sign-up for a new account again. Instead, you need to return to the Log-in screen and click the FORGOT USER NAME OR PASSWORD button.
